Ages 18-24: Get rid of those winter blahs and come to Fountain Park as professional ice carving teams turn lifeless blocks of ice into beautiful works of art. We will meet at GCAC at 12:00pm and go out to eat in town. The festival is free! Just bring money for dinner.
