Prayer Cottage

Open in the Spring, Summer, and Fall

In 2010, we built a prayer cottage on our property so that God's people could get away to be with the Lord in prayer. It is free for anyone who attends Grove City Alliance Church. Please click on this link for more information. Reservations can be made by contacting the church office at or 724-458-8497.

And He said to them, “Come away by yourselves to a secluded place and rest a while.” Mark 6:31

Prayer Chain

This group of prayer warriors prays for the needs of our congregation, and occasionally those outside our congregation. Urgent prayer requests and updates are passed through the prayer chain via phone and email, as well as placed on the prayer sheet for the Wednesday morning prayer meeting. To receive the prayer chain requests and updates by phone or email, contact Karen Anderson at or 724-662-5689, or Linda Long at 814-786-7247.

*If you have a need you would like the people on the prayer chain to pray for, please obtain permission from the individual needing prayer and then contact Karen or Linda at the numbers/email above.

Prayer Meeting

Wednesdays 10:00am (Lobby)

Join us every week for a time of singing and prayer. We will lift up prayer requests for local, district and international needs. For more information, please contact Pastor Ed Dixon at

Prayer Room

We have a room dedicated in our building to prayer. This room can be reserved by anyone by contacting the main office or stopping by to see if it is available. Please click here for more information or contact the church office at or 724-458-8497.

Prayer Retreats

We have prayer retreats in the fall and the spring. These times are life changing experiences. Many have found them to be a breakthrough in the area of prayer. Those who have never attended can come and be part of an enriching set of coaching sessions with the booklet “six disciplines of prayer”. If you want to find out more about a prayer retreat contact Paul Goodman at
