The summer fun continues! This summer at Grove City Alliance Church we have a desire to connect with your children, and at the same time help them to experience God's love. During the rest of July and part of August, we are going to be offering a variety of LIVE Kids Camps. These camps are free (except for the field trip) and will be led by many of our Children's Ministry volunteers.
The camps are available to kids leaving grades K - 6. You can register your child by clicking the link below and filling out the form. You may register multiple kids on the same form, as well as for multiple camps at the same time.
Before registering your child, here is some important information to consider:
- We will only be able to accommodate up to 30 children for each camp session. You MUST pre-register any children who are attending ahead of time. We will NOT be able to take drop ins. PLEASE let us know if plans change and your child can no longer attend so that we can give their spot to a child who may be waiting.
- We will be serving only pre-packaged snacks during the camp.
- We will not be using any playground equipment during the camp.
- We will not require volunteers to wear masks due to all camps being outside, with the exception of the Keystone Safari field trip.
- We ask that if your child has any symptoms of illness or a fever that they do NOT attend the camp. Please keep them home.
- You will be responsible for providing transportation to and from the camp. Location details are listed with the camps below.
- Please understand that if you choose to have your child participate in a Kids Camp: LIVE! event, you are voluntarily assuming all risks associated with possible exposure to COVID-19.

Wednesday, July 29 - Craft/Project Day at Memorial Park
10:00 - 11:30 am Leaving Grades K - 2
12:30 - 2:00 pm Leaving Grades 3 - 4
2:30 - 4:00 pm Leaving Grades 5 - 6
Details: Parents will drop their child off at Highland Shelter in Memorial Park. (If we need to change shelters, please look for our Kids Camp banner). At the end of the camp, parents will pick their child up in the same place. All craft and project supplies will be provided. (See inclement weather policy below).
Wednesday, August 5 - Game Day at Memorial Park
10:00 - 11:30 am Leaving Grades K - 2
12:30 - 2:00 pm Leaving Grades 3 - 4
2:30 - 4:00 pm Leaving Grades 5 - 6
Details: Parents will drop their child off at Highland Shelter in Memorial Park. (If we need to change shelters, please look for our Kids Camp banner). At the end of the camp, parents will pick their child up in the same place. Tennis shoes will be required as we will be running and playing games. Sunscreen is also highly recommended as we may be in the sun. (See inclement weather policy below).
Wednesday, August 12 - Field Trip to Keystone Safari
10:00 - 11:30 am Leaving Grades K - 2
12:30 - 2:00 pm Leaving Grades 3 - 4
2:30 - 4:00 pm Leaving Grades 5 - 6
Details: Masks required. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your time slot. Parents will pay the group rate admission fee of $8.00 as they drop off their child. Please bring cash or check payable to Grove City Alliance Church. Kids can also use their season pass card, but will need it with them at drop off. Our volunteers will enjoy the park with your child and then will meet you outside of the exit for pick-up. (See inclement weather policy below).
Inclement Weather Policy
Like sports practices, in the event of rain, we will still meet. If there is thunder, we will have to cancel. If this happens directly before the camp is scheduled, we will post the cancellation on our Facebook page. Click here to visit our Facebook page. Do not bring your child if there is thunder. Also, if during the camp there is a thunderstorm, we may call you to come pick up your child. Please be available by phone.
