David & Lou Ann arrived in Santiago in March of 1985. Their work in Chile was primarily Seminary training in Field Leadership and also in Church planting. For some ten years, David & Lou Ann worked in the beginning of the Missions Department of the Chilean National Church. In the process of their missionary career, they developed the Alliance Marriage Encounter and implemented the ministry in some 35 different Alliance churches, 6 different languages and with some 3 thousand couples that have experienced the Alliance Marriage Encounter weekend.
